We are paid by the hotel, airline, or supplier when you book through us, so most trips cost you nothing extra. The following services may carry a fee, always quoted and agreed before we proceed:

—Complex itinerary planning: Multi-week trips with extensive private guiding or bespoke research may incur a planning fee, quoted up front.
—Booking amendments: Changes after confirmation may incur a Wayfarer Travel amendment fee plus any supplier fees (see our Terms and Conditions for current rates).
—Visa and Travel Insurance support: Administrative assistance with Visa applications and Travel Insurance quotes may carry a service fee.
