Surcharges & waiting time
- International arrivals surcharge: $50 + GST (arrivals only, not drop-offs).
- After-hours surcharge (11.30pm–6.30am): $50 + GST. Not applied to international arrivals.
- Waiting time included: 30 minutes domestic, 75 minutes international.
- Additional waiting time: $20 per 15 minutes, charged in 15-minute increments.
Cancellation policy
- Full refund if cancelled 36 hours or more before the booking.
- 50% refund if cancelled 24 hours before the booking.
- Less than 24 hours' notice incurs the full charge.
